Lexington County School District One is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants to conduct a study of, and prepare a comprehensive long-range maintenance plan for, the District’s facilities. The Contractor will be required to inspect the facilities, as well as provide software to allow the District to log and track the state of the facilities and the repairs that need to be made to each location.
