Description of Project/Services:
The scope of this project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment and piping serving the facility, including the replacement of the underground piping from the building to the central utility tunnel. A new dieselpowered generator will be added with new separate feeds for both standby and emergency power. New access openings for HVAC equipment and personnel will also be installed in the existing roof.
