Description of Project/Services:
The scope of work for the Mistletoe Grove House includes the following: Structural repairs to the existing masonry piers and structural beams under the building. Grading and additional soil under the building for drainage. Repairs to the existing envelope, including window and door repairs, addition of storm windows and replacement of wood porch decking and stair systems. Painting of the entire exterior of the building is also included.
