The invitation for bids is an opportunity to update the Irmo Community Park. This is a multi-phased project with simultaneous work activities. The scope of work includes multiple tasks that can be
completed under one or multiple vendors. Interested vendors have the opportunity to submit as a team or individually. Tasks include sidewalk repairs, sealing and striping the parking areas, widening pavement, carpentry work, painting, and some earthwork.
