The Greenwood Metropolitan District (GMD) is soliciting proposal packages for Construction Manager at Risk services (preconstruction and construction) for a project at the West Alexander and Wilson Creek Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP). The project generally consists of installation of an in-channel UV system, including all electrical, control, and SCADA upgrades at each WWTP. New units will be installed in re-purposed chlorine contact basins.
