Dorchester County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide window replacements at the Dorchester County Alcohol and Drug Center and the Kenneth F. Waggoner Building in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions detailed in this IFB. Bids may be awarded based on individual items or groups of items or the entire list of items. Line-item bids should not be contingent on acceptance of both sites. Bidders are not required to bid on both line items.
