Description of Project/Services:
This project includes the repair and replacement of existing parking surfaces, sidewalks, and replacing the existing facility monument sign with a new lighted sign. The interior upfits include reactivating a kitchen, reconfiguration of restrooms and selective floorplan changes. Additionally, upgrades to the plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and electrical systems will occur. Upgrades to exterior electrical service to include new Generator.
