Description of Project/Services:
Renovation of existing apartments at Clemson University. The renovation includes replacing interior doors, replacing bathtubs with a ceramic tile shower, replacing water closets, new ceramic tile backsplashes in the kitchen, new lights throughout, replacing the flooring in the bathroom and vanity area with ceramic tile and painting throughout. The existing sprinkler system shall be enclosed in a soffit and all heads shall be replaced.
