The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston (CHA) will receive ongoing proposals for multiple contract awards for On-Call Mold Remediation Services at various CHA locations. Proposal documents are available by request through email to contracts@chacity.org. Proposals submitted will be evaluated to determine if they are responsive to the solicitation. If they are responsive a CHA-selected committee will evaluate the proposals Cost Proposal 35%; Contractor’s Response Time 30%; Qualification, Experience, and References of contractor 30%; Section 3 Business or Section 3 Business Plan 5%.
