City of Charleston is soliciting bids for continued maintenance for four parking garages. Scope includes limited ADA improvements, concrete crack and spalling repairs, joint repairs, restroom improvements, etc. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 823 Meeting St at 10:00AM on 10/12/23.
