Charleston Water System (Owner) is soliciting a Statement of Qualification from contractors interested in submitting a proposal to provide pre-construction and construction services for the St. Philip St. Admin Bldg. Renovations Project using the CMAR method of project delivery. The work consists of renovations to an approx. 54,308 sq ft, three story office bldg. over a 14,750 sq ft concrete basement. The project details will be presented in the RFP which will be issued at a later date.
