The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is accepting bids for the construction of the Navy Base Intermodal Facility (NBIF) - Drayage Road.  The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, relocation or demolition of utilities, earthwork, grading, roadway/sidewalk/curb improvements, bridge construction, a surcharge program, stormwater drainage system, roadway lighting, signage, asphalt paving and pavement markings.
