The project consists of clearing, grading, construction of roadways, drainage and irrigation within the +/-7.5-acre property to support the expansion of Ocean Woods Cemetery. Bidding documents are available to prime bidders only and may be obtained from the City of Myrtle Beach Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 269577. Cost of bidding documents is $50.00 (non-refundable).
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM (local time) at Ocean Woods Cemetery, 2408 South Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. No late attendees will be admitted. No remote attendance options are available. Participants may be expected to walk distances or travel to other areas throughout the meeting.
