Description of Project/Services:
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Roof rehabilitation and HVAC replacement. Existing roof system will be coated with a liquid-applied roof system. The contractor is to provide a moisture scan at the beginning and end of the project. Rooftop and wall hung HVAC units will be replaced including some equipment in the ceiling spaces of the building.
