The City of Mullins is soliciting bids to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to excavate and pour @ 1444 square foot concrete pad at the corner of Smith and Wine St., Mullins, SC 29574 (design provided). The project will also include repairs to existing sidewalks. The sidewalk repairs consist of approximately 20 SF that must be removed and replaced.
