Pre-Bid Information:
Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting followed by a site visit will take place at the Detention Center. No communication devices (cell phones, smart phones, beepers, computers, iPads, etc.) are allowed in the Detention Center. No weapons or cameras will be admitted to any DOC or DPDS facility statewide. No purses, bags, lunches, briefcases, or other carry-in material other than a pad of paper and a pen or pencil will be permitted in any facility.
