Description:
The City of North Charleston is seeking a qualified contractor to perform grounds maintenance services, and irrigation system maintenance and repair to all grounds that comprise North Charleston’s Wescott Park Complex as outlined throughout this Contract. Work will include cutting of grassed areas, pruning and trimming shrubs, perennials, and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting annual flowers, cleaning, ballfield and irrigation system maintenance.

Pre-Bid Information:
There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held on Tuesday January 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Wescott Park located at 9006 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29420. All Contractors will meet in the front of the park near the 3 flag poles.
