The City of North Charleston is seeking a qualified contractor to perform grounds maintenance, and irrigation system repair services to all grounds that comprise of East Montague Avenue, O’hear Avenue, Empire Avenue, and Garco Park as outlined throughout this Contract. Work will include but is not limited to regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning, and trimming of shrubs and trees, chemical treatments, mulching, debris removal, and irrigation system repairs.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.at parking lot located on the corner of O’hear Avenue and Empire Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405. All Contractors will meet on the corner of O’hear Avenue and Empire Avenue.
