Description of Project/Services:
The overall scope of this project includes the installation of owner supplied modular building and four 40’
towers, grading of site including placement of fill, foundations, placement of granular surfacing, fencing,
directional drilling of duct bank, installation of handholes, pulling of fiber optic cable with testing and site
restoration. The work will be completed in three phases. See plans and specs.
