Building 117 will be taken off of the existing campus chilled water loop, provide and install a new standalone air-cooled chiller to support the existing mechanical system in the building. Project will include site development for a new mechanical yard, housekeeping pad for the chiller, new electrical service (transformer), fencing and landscaping. This will include procurement of 300 Ton York Ycav chiller.
