The City of Myrtle Beach will be accepting IFB 24-B0034 for 2024 Harley-Davidson FLHTPs with all specified equipment installed and ready to use. IFB forms and requirements may be obtained from the Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Ave, Myrtle Beach, SC. IFB must be received by the Procurement Office prior to 2:00pm (local time) Wednesday, February 14, 2024. No late or electronic submissions will be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.
Optional: The City will host an inspection meeting for bidders to inspect the 3 2017 FLHTPs for trade. Attendance is not required, however the trade-in values included in bid submissions are final. The inspection meeting will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the City of Myrtle Beach Police Department Substation #4 located at 1170 Howard Parkway, Myrtle Beach, SC.
