It is the goal of Riverbanks to select project management partners through this RFQ process and enter into a five-year master services agreement with the selected firms with one two-year extension option. Fees for services will be negotiated with the selected firms as assignments are made to the project management firms. Riverbanks anticipates having made a selection by the week of March 4, 2024.
