Richland County is seeking electronic bids from qualified roll-off container service providers who have the capability and capacity to provide on-demand hauling of various-sized roll-off containers to designated locations throughout the county. The selected hauler shall initially provide new or like new roll-off containers at the three (3) county-operated drop-off centers for transporting various solid waste streams (non-hazardous) and recyclable materials from one location to another
