Site built or modular/pre-cast restroom facilities with separate men's room (one toilet, one urinal, one lavatory fixture), one women's restroom (two toilets, one lavatory), and a family restroom (one toilet and one lavatory). Plumbing and electric available on site. Construction and fixtures should be block or concrete and should be vandal resistant. Automated doors with scheduled lock times and emergency exit preferred. All facilities to be ADA compliant.
