Greenville County is seeking sealed bids from vendors to provide health screenings, fitness testing services, and immunizations for the Sheriff’s Office, which has approximately 450 employees, and the Emergency Medical Services Division. Testing should be conducted annually with full reports and consultations provided for each employee. Some tests are required and must meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
