The Town of Mount Pleasant is requesting proposals from licensed, commercial real estate brokers to provide Real Estate Services to include the sale of real estate property. Proposals in electronic format will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., local time, on April 4, 2024, by the Procurement Division for the Town, at which time and place all Proposals shall be opened digitally and tabulated by Town staff, and then the results uploaded to the Bonfire procurement portal.
