Services shall include, but not be limited to the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, superintendence, trash and demo material disposal and miscellaneous items, and performing all work necessary to complete all work to the satisfaction of, and subject to the approval of the Facilities Management Department of The College of Charleston. Contractor will provide proof of license and insurance.
