Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments seeks a partner with expertise in environmental assessment and cleanup activities, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Inspections (Asbestos, Lead, etc.), Cleanup and Redevelopment planning, Community Outreach, and other components of the EPA and State of South Carolina Brownfields Program, along with grant writing for which funding is to be secured.
Written questions shall be emailed to elevy@slcog.org by April 28, 2024. Respondents will enter “Brownfield Program RFP #2024-010” as the subject for the email. Santee-Lynches’ response and any additional terms deemed necessary by Santee-Lynches will be posted in the form of an addendum on Santee-Lynches’ website: https://www.santeelynchescog.org/rfpsbids on May 1, 2024 by 3:00pm.
