The City of Greenwood is looking for a qualified firm to conduct a feasibility study of the brick arcade structures located in City’s Uptown, which currently provide ADA access to second floor businesses.  The City of Greenwood desires to remove these structures and is seeking expert opinion regarding the feasibility of doing so. If removal is not feasible, the city is looking for recommendations to improve/modernize the current structures.
