Sanders and Rudnick community residences and reinstall new 400A electrical panel, Surge Protection Device (SPD), and 300A
(MCB) per electrical plan/drawings provided by Southern Energy Resources, LLC and reconnect main power using existing
conduit and wire at both Sanders & Rudnick and inspect for proper connection and usage throughout.
