Description of Project/Services:
Constructing a waterline along Liberty St. from Hwy 321 Byp to McFarland Rd. Route mostly asphalt, requires flow. fill and asph. patching. New meters and services set for each customer. Multiple reconnections will be made to tie existing 6- and 8-inch waterlines to the new 12-inch main. The proposed waterline will be installed, tested, and put into operation in sections with the existing line being abandoned following the proposed main activation.
