Description of Project/Services:
This project will and increase the restroom fixture count for the restrooms serving the patrons visiting the performance spaces. The existing restroom block will be demolished and reconfigured to create a family restroom as well as an expanded Women's restroom. The project will also include a 480SF addition for the Men's restroom into the existing courtyard space with some modifications to the courtyard plaza.
