Calhoun County is seeking proposals from qualified profit/non-profit community-oriented groups to use the historic library building in St. Matthews. The successful proposal would provide local/regional services to provide a benefit to the community. The successful proposal must include documentation showing the ability to renovate and preserve the structure and the ability to maintain the structure. The County is willing to consider a no cost, long term lease.
