Remove 20 linear feet of existing solid concrete stucco wall- no need to stucco end of wall, will be done in house; Place 2” base #57 stone under sidewalk- sidewalk will be raised to avoid oak tree roots; Frame and Pour 2286 square feet 4” thick concrete for 6 foot wide path with broom finish; Raise 1 man hole cover for electrical maintenance to grade of new sidewalk; Cut new curb and tie into existing asphalt driveway on North end; Haul off all debris.
