Union County is seeking proposals from qualified/experienced contract for hay cutting services for identified properties. The successful vendor will be responsible for efficiently & effectively cutting hay on designated fields ensuring high standards of quality. The scope of work is five(5) property sites to be awarded separately based on the price per cut. Bids must be submitted to the Union County Supervisors Office @ 210 West Main Street Union, SC.
Requires comprehensive proposals addressing experience, proposed methodology, scheduling, pricing (including price provided to Union County for retaining the hay), general liability coverage of $1,000,000 and workers compensation coverage for employees - Certificates of insurance must be included in proposal package. Following the submission deadline, proposals will be reviewed & awarded to the contractor(s) whose proposal(s) best meet our requirements.
