New chiller plant intended to serve campus cooling needs. The full building supports 9,000 tons of chilled water generation equipment. This phase completes the side development, building and provides the first 1,500 tons of chilled water generation capacity. In addition, new 24" chilled water mains are being added to connect the plant to the existing chilled water distribution system.
