The Town of Fort Lawn Pump Station and Force Main Project is funded in part by the SCRIA via SCIIP, and therefore, bidders must comply with all applicable State and Federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal SAM.
