Four which are located on Pendleton St. in the MLK historical district and Five are located on McFadden & Ogden St. in the Jones McDonald Community Club neighborhood. Contractors must be properly licensed in South Carolina and have a current City of Columbia business license. The JMCC development does not have historical requirements.
