The Town of Irmo is seeking quotations from qualified professional personnel management consulting firms to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study for municipal positions. The study shall cover the positions in the areas of General Government Administration, Police, Court, and Public Services. The end product of the study will include recommendations for a classification schedule, job descriptions, a wage comparison with comparable cities/towns and a compensation plan.
