The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide the City with seasonal leaf collection services. The contractor will collect all properly prepared loose-leaf piles from each residence and non-conforming businesses subscribing to collection services on the designated collection day. Service will be during the first full week of November and continue through the end of April each year.
