Renovation of the Hartsville Armory to include but not limited to new roofing system, replacement of all interior HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes. Re-design of interior spaces, expansion of arms vault, as well as construction of site civil improvements. Demolition required as necessary to facilitate construction and includes the development and execution of abatement plan and removal of hazardous material.
