Description of Project/Services:
Renovations to the equipment wash area to facilitate the installation of a new Cage Wash and Tunnel Wash. Existing Cage Wash and Tunnel Wash to be removed by Owner and new to be installed by Owner. Contractor responsibilities include replace ACT ceilings, remove and recoat concrete floor with epoxy coating, light mechanical and electrical work, replacement of sprinkler heads and minor concrete work. Bids shall be submitted via hand delivery or mail service only.
