Description of Project/Services:
Remove approx. 2300 SQ. FT. VCT Tile. and Cove Base. Move & replace all furniture after flooring installed. Prep floor and install new Vinyl Plank Flooring (Ozark 2) with pressure sensitive adhesive. Install all new Cove Base. Remove and haul off all old materials that are removed. Job must be performed on weekend when closed. Job must be looked at and own measurements taken prior to bidding. Spec Sheet can be provided along with pictures. Must schedule site visit before bid is accepted.
