Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority is seeking proposals from qualified, professional contractors to complete fire hydrant flow testing, exercising and inspections. The scope of work will consist of single hydrant flow testing, exercising, cleaning hydrant bodies, inspecting, assessing operating condition, operating isolation valves, clearing of weeds and debris, and possibly painting, to ensure that each hydrant is documented and is in a serviceable condition.
