SLRCOG is soliciting proposals for professional building inspection services. The retained consultant will independently perform at least one (1) individual home inspection and inspections of units to be occupied by Tenant Based Rental Assistant (T.B.R.A.) participants, as needed throughout the year, to determine building code compliance with foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, housing, access, life safety and other functional elements.
