The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the modernization of the Church, Spring, and Aloft Parking Garage elevators. The selected contractor will be required to modernize all current, existing elevators, in the Church, Spring, and Aloft Parking Garages, by providing upgrades.  The contractor is to keep existing elevator components as well as provide and install new, non-proprietary components.
