It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism (SCPRT) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide materials, equipment and labor to remove exiting roof and replace with new on the Clubhouse at Pine Island State Park. The successful vendor(s) will work in cooperation with, and under the general direction of, designated SCPRT staff members in providing these services.
