Beaufort County requests proposals from all interested firms, licensed and permitted in the State of South Carolina experienced in manufacturing compost vessels, as well as the installation and servicing of units. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to purchase a composting unit to divert organics into a compost end product and to secure a vendor who can install and service the equipment.
