Full renovation of the campus dining hall. This includes expansion of current seating, enclosure of an outdoor covered walkway, and an addition of a covered outdoor eating space (new roof canopy). Furniture upgrade to seat a a minimum of 150 up to 180. Potential of replacing current fluorescent lights to new LED lighting. The school has floor plan, 3D renderings, and preliminary furniture plans that will be included in the scope.
