Construction of a 14,000 sq. ft., single story building, Type II construction consisting of steel columns, beams, and concrete slab on grade. Facades of brick veneer, pre-cast concrete, EIFS, and aluminum storefront. Roofing includes asphalt shingle and limited modified bitumen. Building utilities include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, civil, and landscape work. The building will consist of five nursing simulation labs and two large classrooms.
